The crime syndicate was also in touch with the Transferee/defendant during the short court events of 2015. It dictated SRA dark practice of how to communicate, or post material, requested by court to be available to true Proprietor/litigant and court. The Transferee/defendant posted that requested material on the last second of the last day before the court meeting, using second class postage provided with pot-office receipt. This receipt was a pass by the judge. Only the receipt and Transferee/defendant copy were available during the court session. Neither the judge nor the true Proprietor/litigant had seen such text material. There is no chance whatsoever that the litigant was able to receive such a material before the court meeting on 11 am next day. This is because of second class delivery will not arrive before the 6am departure of the litigant’s court day. It may arrive in two days later on pm post, and the litigant never received such material. The defendant/Transferee issued the receipt to judge (brain-of-worm), and the judge dismissed the litigant/Proprietor. The Judge also made several void judgments against the litigant. The court files of the Proprietor/litigant were missing twice, providing reckless court ill intention, negligence to litigant, and chaos of procedural courts’ rules.
Additionally, the Proprietor/Litigant had an attempt of assassination following the route from Manchester court to railway station, and MI5 blocked the route of other journey route of national express to disable the Proprietor/Litigant from reaching the court. This indicated that a crime syndicate existed to create terror against the Proprietor/Litigant. It was also monitored that the Proprietor/Litigant family were taken hostages, with the intension of their liquidation by any means necessary, as in the case with all victims in the UK or the Middle East. The true Proprietor/litigant never received the form-of-consent to enable him to question his property transfer to the Transferee. The land registry forms (TR1+AP1) of the Transferee mentioned that the property transfer was for free-of-charge as in a gift. This contradicted first appearance of Transferee at Manchester court with fake ID and typed (un-signed) A4-size letter described himself in broken English, as instructed by his solicitors, as vulnerable and in charge of #26 immigrant of a big family and he is a CEO and unaware why the claimant/litigant/Proprietor calling him to court when he never saw or new the claimant/litigant in his life since he was born (re-edited expressions). When the UK Land Registry (1) received the flawed forged forms (TR1+AP1+Tax) and forged acknowledgement (Notice-of-Consent); (2) it failed to red flag the forms; and (3) it failed to comment on Transferee flawed forged forms, (4) it failed to publish the Notice-of-Consent in the Notary Public; and (5) it failed to trigger police procedure; But, (6) the UK Land Registry facilitated and and transferred the Deed of the Proprietor/Litigant to the Transferee, and created false owner.
The deed of UK title register (LA926070) was transferred on 24 July 2012 (Transferee Birthday of 24/07/2013). On 28 August 2013, the Transferee (false new Proprietor) took the victim/litigant/Proprietor to his property at a gun point from Manchester to Blackburn and forwarded a new tenancy contract to be signed by the tenant, to hold a new contract, while the victim/Proprietor/litigant was drugged with a cup of tea. The fake (new Proprietor/ Transferee)/ defendant also confiscated all documentation related to related rented property (private of true Proprietor/litigant). This forger/Transferee/defendant redirected the tenant rent directly to his account of: (Sudad Hamoodi, Nat West Acc: 470 802 48; Sort Code: 010 696; as investigated by reference eisrael.co.uk; eisrael.eu; 1742-819x.eu; & IQ-Mossad). Moreover, this false Proprietor/Transferee/defendant organized an assassination for his victim in Erbil-Iraq, while he was holding the victim’s IQ-family hostage in Baghdad. This family were sold to the highest bidder (ex-PM). This was one part of multi-assassinations attempts to crime clean. Forged Notice-of-Consent. Forms TR1 & AP1
For facts-of-reasons of obtaining application forms, the UK land registry 2013 follows: (1) very rarely issued original sealed forms of (TR1+AP1+NOTICE) to public; but (2) these are issued forms to proprietor of litigant, or the police, for fact findings of court reasons; and (3) usually, the UK land registry may believe that there is no need whatsoever for public to see forms of (TR1+AP1+NOTICE), unless for a possible flawed and fraud. The UK land registry does not return to these forms after they have been sealed digitized and shredded. Then, a new deed is acted on by the land registry, to change the proprietor from one side to another. There was lack of communication with the public unless SRA, no transparency, do not issue history of title register, unless court order.
Thus in the present case of investigation, the Transferee must possessed UK land registry forms of (TR1+ AP1+ NOTICE) through legal means or otherwise. The Transferee must also had the plans and the means, as well as the intention and support, to print and post such forms, inc the Notice-of-consent and related timing of events, without suspicions. This may be obtained from: (1) past experience, (2) accomplices (insider and/or legal), or (3) being a SRA Conveyance-of-Property. Then, the procedure of the UK land registry after receiving, and checking the authenticity of forms (TR1+ AP1), was (during 2013): (1) To send a form of the Notice to be completed by Proprietor/Solicitor; and (2) To receive the completed Notice-of-Consent, approved by third party such as SRA solicitor or Conveyance-of-Property, which is compulsory.
Herein by evidence, the Transferee sent his written reply of Notice, prepared in advance as in (copy & paste). This is indicated by the signature, The Notice was sent to the Land Registry with no-witness and no-SRA solicitor approval. The Transferee also made sure of the available means of disabling delivery of the form of Notice form land registry to the Proprietor by: (1) the Proprietor’s residence (new built 2011) was not on Google map. The land registry posted forms were not delivered to the Proprietor, and probably they were delivered to an non-occupied address during July 2013; and (2) the Transferee actively used third party (2013) to steal or re-divert the post from land registry to Transferee agent, for four weeks, Then, UK Land Registry received from Transferee the completed forged signed consented Notice-of-Consent, on July 2013. The UK Land Registry did the transfer of deed from Proprietor to fake Transferee, recklessly via fraud means. These steps were followed accurately by the IQ-Mossad agents.

Moreover, no Judiciary system take this issue seriously. This is due to the real criminals are being embedded within the legals and related enforcement, and motivated by the financial gain and politics. The crime syndicate, headed by the Transferee, acted to intercept the land registry post (letter and form-of-consent) to the true Proprietor/Litigant who yet was unaware of the fraud of the crime syndicate headed by alias Transferee ID Sudad Hamoodi of (#80M307JE, UK). Such crime syndicate have a team of co-operation with political agenda. This hapened by scanning every name on the electoral register, and select targets of potential victims, based on specific criteria of measures. Then, individuals of the team such as the Transferee of this present scam act for the winning price. However, the topic of this search is the signature fraud, and how to notice copy-paste. A circumstantial evidence indicated that the crime syndicate led by ID Sudad Hamoodi of (#80M307JE, UK) was helped by the post office, willingly or recklessly, in such a unique way, as in which: the UK post office failed to deliver the letter (Notice-of-Consent) from the UK land registry to the true Proprietor/Litigant.
This is because of: (a) despite the Proprietor/Litigant address was updated with the land registry office, in the early 2013. The Proprietor/Litigant address is located in an area that was not yet mapped by Google mapping for satellite navigation. Yet, until 2024, it has problematic mapping and delivery with a specific addresses in nearby village; (b) receiving post can also be redirected by third party means; and (c) next door neighbor (a person with dementia, died around 2022) was hired indirectly to keep careful watch for post delivery to next door neighbor of the Proprietor/Litigant. In fact the postman use to handed-out the post of Proprietor/Litigant to next door, in good faith. Clause (b-c) needed to continue, at least, for the period of four weeks, i.e. July-Aug 2013. However, on 24/07/2013 the UK land registry transferred the Deed to the Transferee, who became a false Proprietor/Transferee, without the awareness of the true Proprietor/Litigant. The answer was negative after an enquiry that was made to the post office about the missing post from the land registry. The oral response was that: “the presumed delivery from UK land registry may be marked referenced out. But, it may never left the building or destroyed prior-to-delivery, intentionally or recklessly.”

UK Land Registry, Function 2013 AD
It is the UK Land Registry Foundation-of-Deeds of unidirectional Transfer from Proprietor (Transferor) to Transferee 2013. A part of the UK land registry proceeding during 2013 was that, if a property of land or land and buildings, in England and Wales, is intended for handover by means of sale, gift or otherwise for inheritance reasons, in part/full exchange for money between the two parties of transferor (proprietor) and transferee, then the two parties must have their own independent solicitor of conveyance-of-property to void conflict of interests, by means of communications, and to void third party intervention. The Signatory contract, if any, included in July 2013, the land registry forms of (TR1 + AP1 + Notice-of-Consent + Tax form(s), and annexes may be added in contractual forms, if needed). Each page, or form, of the application contract must have the stamped and sealed addresses and dated signatory of two sides of conveyance-of-property, and including their clients of interest (proprietor/ transferor and transferee). The completed requirements are then exchanged, received and acknowledged by the UK Land Registry.
The designated officer(s) of the land registry double check updated security, by recorded telephone contact with both sides of solicitor (Conveyance-of-Property). This is to acknowledge the factual truth of exchange as indicated in the above forms. Then, the Land Registry send a consent form of NOTICE to the proprietor/transferor or his/her solicitor(s), using hard copy of non-recorded normal post by (Royal Mail delivery) at the updated address of the proprietor/transferor or related solicitor(s). This aims to receive transferor (proprietor) approval of signature and counter-signed by related solicitors of conveyance-of-property. The land registry double check the authenticity of the received NOTICE-of-Consent by telephone call or written evidence of related solicitor (conveyance-of-property). Gaps may be found by scam/fraudsters work. Then, a Notary Public seems to be missing from the procedure. It enables the much needed transparency and avoid void Deed of transfer. The UK Royal mail was also in turmoil, and malfunction forms, before, during 2013 and beyond,
Additional measures of security & insurance may be added from time-to-time. By that, and additional confidential Royal checks of facts and insurance, the UK Land Registry act to transfer the title register of related property (as agreed by forms) from the transferor (old proprietor) to transferee (new proprietor), in one directional change. Reverse exchange necessitates the trigger of repeat of the above process of formats in the opposite direction. Otherwise, a court order may allow compensation from related insurance, under extreme circumstances. The land registry shall not reverse the process voluntarily. However, If (flawed transfer occurs via scam), then (the land registry accept the court order that may dispute the facts of the order). Nevertheless, the land registry may not reverse the order of the new proprietor/landlord, but it may compensate the victim (old proprietor) from the insurance fund.
In case of criminal investigation of fraud, then the case may remain the same or unchanged. In either way, if the original proprietor/transferor (landlord) handover (sign-off) the deed, true or false. in one direction, then the land registry may never be able to auto-reverse related deed. A disputed court case may win compensation, and this may be equivalent to, or less than, the costs of the court case. The post sign over means the lost of the property, for ever due to the lengthy events. The scam may win in the non-transparent GB system of the land registry. A fraud for the victim is a pain, due to lack of transparency.

The true proprietor/litigant wrote to the land registry to enquire about his property, insurance, police, and SRA around Nov 2013. Following the events of 28 August 2013, which was followed by an assassination attempt in Erbil, Iraq. The UK land registry wrote to the true Proprietor/litigant, or non-Transferor, to go to the court to correct title register LA926070. The true proprietor/victim of 2013 informed the Police for help. The crime syndicate was alert, and issued harassment act against the victim.
Transferee Nature of Scam, Forge & Fraud
The crime syndicates were cooperative teams of work of organized procedures, and step-by-stem communication with higher advisors. The victims were pre-selected with value for money. The Freehold Property (LA926070, 128BB12JF-UK, Dated 24/07/2013) is freehold property that have value of currency of exchange. The Transferee stated in forms (TR1+AP1) the following:
(1) the Transfer is for a GIFT; this is false, and
(2) in the court appearance the Transferee/defendant claimed that he never saw nor knew the claimant/litigant/Proprietor; But, how/why the transferor gave his home as a gift to a stranger?
(3) the ID of passport and DL of Transferee is identical with that on forms (TR1+AP1);
(4) the victim/Proprietor/litigant have no ID match with that forged signatures, by Transferee/ defendant, on land registry forms (TR1+AP1+consent), no match found with passport & DL;
(5) one reckless (SRA:198216) of non conveyance family solicitor name appears as a witness paid £25 (cash-in-hand) appears a signatory witness on the land registry forms (TR1+AP1);
(6) SRA Conveyance-of-Property solicitor (SRA:118922) provided false evidence to the land registry (received about £115 inc VAT cash-in-hand). No signature was given on land registry forms (TR1+AP1). Thus, their their telephone approval to land registry was fraud; and thus the transfer of the deed was void transfer; and

The Transferee of UK-LA926070 July 2013 gain his target on behalf of his crime syndicate. The Transferor was impersonated with fraud signatures. The Transferee took over the property under the act of gun-point. SRA 198216 was not qualified (Recklessly non-Conveyance) to place name on Forms TR1 & AP1, while SRA 561799 (Conveyance) name never existed on Forms TR1 & AP1. Despite (1) fraudulent forms of TR1 & AP1, (2) Fraud solicitors act twice, (3) gun point alert; the police, Land Registry override fraud and made Transferee the new fraudulent land lord. Furthermore, GB police issue Harassment against allowed Transferee to collect one year rent (about £5.0K), and auction the property for about £47.0K.
